At Paa-Ko Communities Homeowners’ Association, we pride ourselves on keeping our residents connected through events and activities. Through our website and mobile app (available for both Apple iOS and Android), we keep everyone informed about area happenings, meetings, events, and more.
Paa-Ko Communities is a planned development community that was started in the 1990’s by the New Mexican visionary Roger Cox. It comprises 100s of homesites and homes and is nestled in the heart of the East Mountains on the Turquoise Trail, adjacent to ancient ruins. Intertwined with the most recent development area is the Paa-Ko Ridge Golf Course, rated #1 in New Mexico. Paa-Ko has more than 9 miles of roads, most of which are maintained by the County, Bernalillo. There are also two gated communities within the confines of Paa-Ko. The thriving community is a diverse mixture of people from many backgrounds and origins. The community enjoys many popular amenities, including a large swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a bocce court, an event center, and an office.
